Using software instead of the movie industry's "green screen" technique, we can often place musicians in surroundings and situations that are impractical to shoot in person.

No need to drag your band out of bed at 6 AM for that Austin skyline-at-sunrise shot. It can also be more affordable, particularly if our stock location shots are used.

Most of our clients are requesting location-based photography, leaning toward an informal "photojournalism" style. Reasonable, since Austin and Central Texas are target-rich in attractive locales.

Our studio-grade lighting is highly portable, so we can produce fine results in almost any environment.

Current trends in band photography are strongly away from the formal studio look, so we're avoiding the expense of a permanent studio to keep our rates modest.

If required, flexible Austin studio space is available on a half-day or full-day basis. Many of our more budget-oriented clients have been pleasantly surprised at the quality we can produce from a basic garage or any other space with walls and a solid floor.

Skill with Photoshop has become imperative, allowing images to be enhanced in ways that are no longer optional. When you pick a photographer, find one who also excels with this invaluable tool.

As web designers and producers of occasional print media like posters, we believe our Photoshop expertise is considerable -- an integral part of any photography assignment we undertake.
